After your confirmation of my offer by email or mail your tour is considered as booked and legally binding.

Only written agreements (email, mail) are valid between the contracting parties. Any revisions of the conditions of use also have to be in writing (email, mail). This also applies for a cancellation of the requirement for the written form. Oral agreements are not legally binding.

An advance payment may be required.

The tour guide gets payment and final payment in cash.

In case the tour guide is unable to come, there are no charges.

The tour guide is obliged to wait 30 minutes in case the client is delayed, the waiting time will then be included in duration of the tour.

The client is obliged to wait 15 minutes for the tour guide.

Cancellation conditions:

14 days before the guided tour : no cancellation fee, 14 – 3 days before the guided tour: 50% cancellation fee, thereafter 100% payment.

Austrian law applies with the exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods as well as the reference norms of the international privacy law. It is agreed that the respective functionally appropriate court in the inner city of Vienna will be the place of jurisdiction.

 

Mit Ihrer Rückbestätigung per Mail oder Post meines Angebots gilt die Führung verbindlich gebucht (gilt als Vertragsverhältnis).
Änderungen und Storni müssen ebenfalls schriftlich rückbestätigt werden.
Bestellungen per Telefon bedürfen einer Rückbestätigung per Mail oder Post.
Es kann eine Anzahlung festgelegt werden, die bis zu einem genannten Termin zu leisten ist.
Die Bezahlung oder Restbezahlung erfolgt direkt beim Fremdenführer in bar.
Im Falle einer unvermeidbaren Verhinderung des Fremdenführers entfällt das vereinbarte Entgelt.

Im Falle der Verspätung des Kunden ist der Fremdenführer verpflichtet, 30 Minuten am vereinbarten Treffpunkt auf den Kunden zu warten. Die Wartezeit wird in die Führungsdauer eingerechnet. Der Kunde verpflichtet sich seinerseits, 15 Minuten auf den Fremdenführer zu warten.

Stornobedingungen: Bis 14 Tage vor der Führung keine Stornogebühr, 14 bis 3 Tage vor der Führung 50%, danach 100% des Führungsentgelts.
Es gilt österreichisches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts sowie der Verweisungsnormen des internationalen Privatrechts. Als Gerichtsstand wird das jeweilige sachlich zuständige Gericht in Wien, Innere Stadt vereinbart
